Come and enjoy an AMAZING BIRTHDAY PARTY experience at CIGC with certified
coaches in the only fully equipped gymnastics facility between Canmore and Banff.
There will be games played, gymnastics skills learned and of course supervised free
time!!! The kids will experience an action packed 1.5 hours of instructed gym time
plus 0.5 hours for food, cake and presents

Time available:
Saturday 2:45-4:45pm
Sunday 11:45-1:45pm
Cost: $250 plus $25 insurance fees.
Maximum 15 kids.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Children aged 4 years and under must be accompanied by an adult while participating in the gym.
Gym doors are open to the Birthday Party family at the time of the party for the duration of the booking. We can not accommodate for extra setup and tear down time.
CIGC does not provide decorations, tablecloths, plates or other cutlery. Please help our staff clean the eating area after the party.
Extra children will be accommodated up to a maximum of 30 kids if a second coach can be scheduled. An extra fee of $75 will apply. Please ask for availability.
CLEAN-UP: It is the host/hostess responsibility to ensure that any decorations brought to the party are taken down, and that tables have been wiped down.
PARTY WAIVER: CIGC requires a completed waiver, signed by the parents/legal
guardians of participants. The completed waiver must be brought in on the day of the
party. Click HERE to download the waiver. Also please note that we require a complete list of attendees 3 days prior to the party.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY: Parties may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior. A $30 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds for cancellations within the 2-week period.
TRANSFER POLICY: Parties can be transferred up to 2 weeks prior.
